Products, prices, and orders
We work to describe products, options, colours, and availability accurately, while screen display and minor presentation differences can occur. An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted, declined, or cancelled where permitted, including for stock, pricing, verification, or suspected misuse. Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and payment details are shown in CAD as applicable at checkout.
Delivery, returns, and consumer rights
Preparation and transit are governed by the Shipping Policy. Eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund Policy: requests are made within 30 days after delivery, approved mailed returns can use the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel, no restocking fee applies, and an approved refund is processed or initiated within 10 days.
