Preparing a Canadian order
After payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from transportation time.
Transit and delivery
Once a parcel leaves our facility, standard transit within supported Canadian destinations is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekend and applicable holiday closures are not business days, and carrier conditions can affect an estimate.
Available delivery services and any charge are shown during checkout for the entered address. Please review apartment numbers, postal codes, and other address details before placing an order.
Tracking and parcel concerns
When tracking is issued, use the carrier updates to follow progress. For a stalled scan, a parcel marked delivered but not received, visible damage, or a suspected loss, email juliwicixaji03@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.
